Based on the related regulations about the management of NJUPT international students, the College of Overseas Education and the School of Communications and Information Engineering will organize the academic performance report by international doctoral students. The evaluation results will be considered as one essential reference of academic performance for the scholarship of NJUPT international students. Detailed arrangement is stipulated as follows.

1. Participants
All PhD students majored in Information and Communication Engineering shall participate in the academic assessment every semester.
2. Reporting time
The report will be arrangedonce or twiceevery semester. The first academic report in the spring semester of 2022 is planned to be held at 11th May
3. Requirements
(1) The topic shall be related with the graduation thesis or project in the progress of the research or academic performance during the doctoral period.
(2) Under the guidance of the supervisor, each international doctoral student shall submit the research report in Word to Ms. Lin (email: linyt@njupt.edu.cn) one week before the official report date.
(3) Each international doctoral student will report PPT for about 5-8 minutes, and the academic experts will ask the question for about 5-8 minutes.
(4).The students should participate in Tecent Meeting online.
