关于2020-2021学年国际学生奖学金评定方案的通知
同学们：
受目前疫情影响，火狐体育竞彩网将2020-2021学年国际学生奖学金评定方案公布如下：
关于评定时间：在6月初开始评定工作，6月底出评定初步结果，7月31日前复核并确定最终结果。提醒各位同学9月1日之前查询签证到期日期，并在开学后及时缴清2020~2021学年学费、住宿费等相关费用。费用缴清后，学院方可提供学生办理签证的相应材料。
关于成绩考评：为公平起见，此次奖学金评定以截止到2019年秋季学期期末的教务系统内累积学生成绩为准，2019年秋季学期的补考以及2020年春季学期所有课程成绩不计入考评，原因如下：
2020年春季学期，教务处和研究生院尚未公布本学期的期末考试安排。初步考虑按照任课老师的意愿，期末考试部分课程将安排在2020年秋季学期初进行考试。因此，本学期的期末课程成绩不计入本次考评。
对于2019年秋季学期课程的补考安排，按照教务处通知和任课老师的意愿，部分课程已确定安排在2020年秋季学期初。因此，2019年秋季学期补考成绩不计入本次考评。
关于学风考评：以2019年秋季学期的考勤为准，2020年春季学期的出勤不纳入考量，原因如下：
2020年春季学期课程均采用线上教学模式，学生有三分之二以上在境外，存在时差问题，且部分国家部分地区存在网络差的问题，出勤记录无法保证公平性。
关于能力考评：请学生将发表的文章，获奖证书，参加活动，担任班级学生干部等信息及证明材料于6月4日之前发给辅导员老师审核；如果没有发送材料，影响到能力考评结果，由学生本人承担。
关于12分处罚制度扣分：本次评定将把学生2019年8月1日至2020年7月31日的处罚记录计入考评。

Notice on the scholarship evaluation plan for international students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2020-2021 academic year
Dear students:
Due to the current pandemic situation, College of Overseas Education released the international student scholarship evaluation plan for 2020-2021 academic year as follows:
1. Evaluation time: the evaluation work starts in the beginning of June, and the preliminary evaluation results shall be issued at the end of June, and the final results will be reviewed and determined before July 31. Please be notified to check visa expiration date before September 1, and pay the tuition fee, dormitory fee etc for 2020-2021 academic year in time after school starts. After the payment is done, the office will provide relevant documents for residential permit extension.
2. Academic performance evaluation: for the sake of fairness, the scholarship evaluation is based on the student performance accumulated from first semester of freshman year to the autumn semester of 2019 in the academic system. The performance of makeup exam for the autumn semester of 2019, and that of the final exams in the spring semester of 2020 will not be taken into consideration for the following reasons:
For the spring semester of 2020, the final examination arrangement has not yet been released for the online courses till now. According to the course teachers, the tests might either be executed in this semester, or early stage of next semester. So, the course scores will not be referred to for this evaluation.
For the make-up examination arrangement of the autumn semester courses in 2019, according to the course teachers, half of the courses have been put off till next semester. So, the course scores will not be referred to for this evaluation.
3. Assessment of Attitude: it is based on the attendance in the autumn semester of 2019. And the attendance in the spring semester of 2020 will not be taken into account, because in the spring semester of 2020, online teaching mode is adopted. More than two-thirds of the students are at their own countries with time difference problems. And in some countries and regions, there are network problems. So the attendance will not be taken into consideration since it cannot guarantee fairness.
4. About Ability evaluation: students are required to send the published articles, award certificates, activities, class student cadres and other information and supporting materials to advisors for review before June 4; the students shall bear the consequence on their own if no materials are sent to their advisors.
5. About 12 point penalty system: the penalty record of students from August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020 will be taken as the assessment material.
6. This scholarship evaluation plan is written both in English and Chinese. If any differences, the Chinese version will prevail.
